Charlie Brooker and his Black Mirror team create movie-length episodes, but they've yet to transfer the series to the big screen. If they did, however, it might look a little something like Marjorie Prime, which stars Jon Hamm and Lois Smith. See the trailer...
The story finds 86-year-old Marjorie (Smith) spending her remaining days happy with a computerised version of her late husband Walter (Hamm). Drawn from her memories and input from her family, the intent is for the virtual creation to develop a deeper understanding of their shared history and to help with Marjorie's own memory.

Directed by Michael Almereyda, the film also features Tim Robbins, Stephanie Andujar and Hannah Gross. It'll be out in limited release in the US on 18 August before a planned expansion. We're still waiting to learn when it might make it to the UK.
