While it's not one we'd imagine Warner Bros. will demand cinema owners slap up on their marquees in full, actor/producer Margot Robbie has revealed that new Harley Quinn spin-off Birds Of Prey has a full name. And that name? Well, you can read it below, straight from Robbie's Instagram account.
The Hollywood Reporter called up the studio and learned that yes, (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) is indeed part of the title, and not a goof by Robbie. If it were Ryan Reynolds' Twitter feed, we'd be more concerned, but it also ties into a comicbook storyline in which Harley Quinn finally tore herself free from the toxic romance clutches of The Joker.
The film, which Cathy Yan is gearing up to shoot, finds Quinn, Mary Elizabeth Winstead's Huntress and Jurnee Smollett-Bell's Black Canary teaming up to protect Ella Jay Basco's Cain from the machinations of Black Mask (Ewan McGregor). Rosie Perez will also be part of the narrative, playing Detective Renee Montoya.
Birds Of Prey, written by Christina Hodson, will hit US cinemas on 7 February 2020, and is likely to arrive around the same time here in the UK.
