Last time we saw Malin Akerman, Tom Cruise's motley metalhead was singing to her bum in Rock Of Ages - unusual moment, unusual movie - and things are promising to get loud again for her in Breacher, a new DEA thriller that'll team her up with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sam Worthington.
According to Variety, the film will offer a cordite-heavy take on Agatha Christie's Ten Little Indians, presumably with substantially more automatic weaponry than the great dame envisaged. It'll see a crack team of DEA agents, Worthington and Akerman amongst it, attempt to rob a drug baron's safe house only to find their numbers dwindling rapidly on the way out.
While we'd love to see Arnie turning out in the *actual *Ten Little Indians ("See you at da pantry Richter!"), this sounds like the next best thing.
The [Rec]-style premise is being overseen by David 'Street Kings' Ayer from a script by **A Good Day To Die Hard **writer Skip Woods. Terrence Howard and Joe Manganiello round out the cast.
