Film London will lure filmmakers to London with promises of the beautiful and varied locations to be found here, and will work with councils, historic sites and businesses to ensure that the filming process goes smoothly. They will also invest in high-profile events like the London Film Festival to increase the capital's appeal, and all in all attempt to bombard people all over the world with "Visit London" adverts cunningly disguised as films.
