There is already plenty of The Incredible Hulk's DNA running through Captain America: New World Order, with Tim Blake Nelson returning as Samuel Sterns (AKA The Leader) and Harrison Ford stepping to play the recurring role of Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross from William Hurt. Liv Tyler is the latest recruit, returning to the MCU as Betty Ross.
Whether this means Mark Ruffalo might show up as Bruce Banner remains to be seen, but the focus looks to be more on other elements from the Hulk's story.
New World Order sees Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson as Cap, following the events of The Falcon And The Winter Solider, which saw him wrangling with whether he even wanted to take over after Chris Evans' Steve Rogers handed him the shield at the end of Avengers: Endgame.
He'll star alongside Ford and Nelson, plus Danny Ramirez as Falcon's Joaquin Torres, who looks set to inherit the Falcon role from Wilson and Carl Lumbly as the show's Isiah Bradley, a past recipient of the Super Soldier serum who was mistreated by the US government.
Julius Onah is directing from a script by Falcon head writer Malcolm Spellman and colleague Dalan Musson. Captain America: New World Order will be in cinemas on 3 May next year.
