Little Fockers Teaser Trailer Up

How excited you are for a third entry in the **Meet The Parents **series probably largely depends on whether you doubled over with laughter at Meet The Fockers or are simply ready for more of the passive/aggressive interplay Between Ben Stiller’s Gaylord … sorry, Greg… Focker (passive) and Robert De Niro as his ex-CIA father-in-law, Jack Byrnes (agressive). If you’re more than happy to see them fall in to familiar squabbling patterns then from the evidence of the first trailer for **Little Fockers, you should be happy.

On the other hand, if it feels like you’ve seen variants on these jokes before, then you might be ready to sigh and roll your eyes at the idea that we’ll be watching the various family members goof around.

This time, we meet the family as Greg and wife Pamela (Teri Polo) are preparing for a family holiday with their two kids when they get a call from Jack, who with typical bluntness, announces that he and wife Dina (Blythe Danner) are “18 seconds away”. With other family members and “friends” (including Owen Wilson as Pam’s ex-boyfriend, Kevin Rawley) descending on the Focker household, Greg has his hands full. And there’s also the small matter of his job as a sales rep for a new sexual enhancement drug for older gentlemen, which naturally ends up causing chaos between him and Jack.

Paul Weitz has directed this one, replacing regular Fockers man Jay Roach, since he was busy making Dinner For Schmucks (at least, that’s his story…)

Take a look at the trailer in HD over at Apple (as well as some new stills below) and let us know your thoughts. Happy to have the clan back? Or is this a film too far?
