Tina Fey and Steve Carell's **Date Night **has just become that little bit more crowded as Ray Liotta, Mila Kunis and Mark Ruffalo sign up to join them in their comedy romance.

Joining the starry line-up, the trio will play a some of the people Fey and Carell chance upon as their well-planned date night goes off on a tangent.

Other actors already announced include Mark Wahlberg, who will play a security guard and black ops guy who wades in by offering to help the couple whilst simultaneously working his magic on Fey; James Franco, who will be a low-rent con-artist married to Mila Kunis; Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson, as a nice police lady, alongside rapper Common and Zodiac's Jimmi Simpson who will play bent detectives. Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester will play the unlucky couple’s put-upon baby-sitter, and Knocked Up's Kristen Wiig will play Fey’s best friend who is married to Ruffalo's character, who is Carell's best friend.

Shooting has already started under the watchful eye of Night At The Museum's Shawn Levy. The comedy was penned by Shrek The Third's Josh Klausner along with The Devil Wears Prada's Aline Brosh McKenna and Mr. and Mrs. Smith writer Simon Kinberg.

Liotta, is up next in **Youth in Revolt **and Tim Allen's Crazy on the Outside. Kunis is about to appear alongside Jason Bateman and Ben Affleck in Extract, while Ruffalo has con-flick The Brothers Bloom opening in US cinemas this week.
