Laura Linney’s going to be busy… She’s signed up for not one, but two films – which will shoot simultaneously.
First up is Barry Levinson’s Man Of The Year, which sees Linney star alongside Robin Williams. He’s playing a late night talk show host who runs for President of the US, only to win under unusual circumstances. Linney’s been cast as the head of a number-crunching computer company investigating his mystery victory. They’re joined in the film by Christopher Walken.
And then there’s Breach, a spy thriller about FBI traitor Robert Hanssen, who sold secrets to Russia during the Cold War. Linney’s playing an FBI agent alongside Chris Cooper and Ryan Philippe.
