Logan director James Mangold has switched gears for his next film, based-on-truth tale Le Mans '66. He's got Christian Bale and Matt Damon starring, and the first trailer has roared from the starting line.
Le Mans '66 follows the rivalry that scorched around the track of the famous 24-hour racing competition between the Ford and Ferrari teams. Bale plays Ken Miles and Damon is Carroll Shelby on the Ford team. Visionary American car designer Shelby and the fearless British driver Miles together battled corporate interference, the laws of physics, and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary race car for Ford Motor Company and take on the dominating race cars of Enzo Ferrari in 1966. Jon Bernthal, Caitriona Balfe, Josh Lucas and Tracy Letts also feature in the cast.
We'll have a trailer breakdown with Mangold up shortly, and the film itself drives into UK cinemas on 8 November. In the States, the movie is known as Ford V Ferrari and arrives on 15 November. Find the poster below.
