As the cameras start rolling on the third season, the cast of Killing Eve is growing by two. Harriet Walter and Danny Sapani will be playing new characters.

For now, the new pair's roles are a mystery, but we can definitely see Walter fitting in alongside the likes of Fiona Shaw. Picking up after the the events of Season 2, the new run of episodes will chart the fallout of Carolyn (Shaw) seemingly betraying Eve (Sandra Oh) and Villanelle (Jodie Comer) shooting her, leaving the agent for dead.

Suzanne Heathcote is taking over as head writer for the new season, which has yet to announce a release date. Season 2 was nominated for nine Emmy awards in the States, including Outstanding Drama Series.

Walter will be see on small screens in Belgravia and The End, while Sapani, seen in Black Panther, is a regular on Harlots.
