With Beerfest in the can, the Broken Lizard team has been sniffing out other comic possibilities. But before the full troupe reunites for their next film, two of them are teaming up for a little in-between project.
The Babymaker will star Kevin Heffernan and will have Lizard director Jay Chandrasekhar calling the shots. Unusually for the Lizards, the script has been written by someone else- in this case Ice Age 2’s Peter Gaulke and Gerry Swallow.
The plot sees a man who realises that his sperm has failed while trying to get his wife pregnant. So he hatches a plan to steal a deposit he left at a sperm bank years ago – which has been, um, earmarked for someone else.
