Oscar nominee Terrence Howard may have played a rapping pimp in his film Hustle and Flow, but he prefers a touch of the old Kelly Clarkson on his own iPod – and who doesn’t? The Crash star had to immerse himself in rap music to convince as the socially inept hustler who tries to follow his dreams of becoming a big music star, but the tunes turned him off. Howard would much rather listen to James Taylor, Paul Simon and Jim Croce, and gives popstrel Clarkson snaps for her “voice and attitude”. Oooh, maybe we can convince him to warble a bit of ‘Since U Been Gone’ at next week Oscars?
