He’s enjoying box office success again thanks to vengeance thriller John Wick, and Keanu Reeves is shopping around for more future film roles. He’s now in talks to star for Tarsem Singh in **The Panopticon.

The Uninvited’s Craig Rosenberg has written the script for the action thriller, which sees an apparently ordinary man receive a weird package in the mail. It contains a pre-recorded message from himself, warning that the world is close to ending and that only he can save us all. So begins a race against time to figure out the puzzle before the clock runs out on mankind. To which the only logical response, is of course, this.

According to The Wrap, it’s all at an early stage and there’s no official deal in place, but we figure it’s Reeves’ to accept to pass on as he pleases. He most recently finished work on Eli Roth’s new thriller Knock Knock and courtroom drama The Whole Truth, and is busy shooting indie drama Daughter Of God. And then there’s the sci-fi tale Passengers, which is desperately hoping he’ll one day find the time to star.
