When Keanu Reeves’ hitman returns in the hugely-anticipated John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, he’ll be battling an entire world of assassins all hoping to collect the $14 million bounty on his head. But even among the hordes of professional killers making moves on Baba Yaga, one particular adversary will be Wick’s biggest threat. He’s called Zero, and he’s played by Mark Dacascos, an actor and martial artist best known for his turns in Cradle 2 The Grave and Brotherhood Of The Wolf. Here’s a proper look at John Wick’s latest nemesis, as seen in the upcoming new issue of Empire:
There’s not just rivalry between Wick and Zero – the lead villain has a respect, even admiration, for our hero. Not that that’s going to stop him from trying to take him off the map. “He’s a huge John Wick fan,” Dacascos tells Empire, “so you’ll see an essence of, ‘I have to kill you, but you know if I didn’t have to do that, we’d be besties!’”
