Martin Scorsese is finally gearing up to work on his next film, Killers Of The Flower Moon, which he's making for Apple. He's now adding Jesse Plemons to the cast.
Plemons, who also appeared in The Irishman for the director, joins a cast that already includes Robert De Niro, Leonardo DiCaprio and Lily Gladstone. Adapted by Eric Roth from David Grann’s bestseller, the story is set in 1920s Oklahoma. It depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror. Plemons will play the lead FBI agent investigating the murders.
Gladstone's playing Mollie Burkhart, an Osage married to Ernest Burkhart (DiCaprio), who is the nephew of a powerful local rancher (De Niro).
Plemons will play the lead FBI agent investigating the cast. He's currently on screens portraying a member of the agency in Judas And The Black Messiah.
