Whenever Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren have shared the screen in the past, they've been rivals or even mortal enemies. They're putting the cinematic animosity (cinemosity?) aside for their latest collaboration though, starring on the same side in Black Water.

No, it's not about the notorious private American military company that these days goes by the much less threatening name Academi. Chad Law's script actually sees a deep cover operative (Van Damme) awakening to find himself locked in a seemingly inescapable situation: a CIA black site located on a submarine. We assume Lundgren will be some help in getting him out. There's no director attached yet, but it should be shooting this year.

Elsewhere, Van Damme will crop up in the second of the new Kickboxer movies, Retaliation and is the focus of self-deprecating comedy series Jean-Claude Van Johnson. Lundgren has worked on Dead Trigger and will appear in an episode of Arrow this year.
