They may never have shared a scene on Game Of Thrones, but Jason Momoa and Peter Dinklage will be doing plenty of that when they team up for a new action adventure called Good, Bad & Undead.

Max Barbakow will direct the new film, which finds Dinklage as Van Helsing, last in a long line of vampire hunters. He develops an uneasy partnership with a vampire (Momoa) who has taken a vow never to kill again. Together they run a scam from town to town, where Van Helsing pretends to vanquish the fangster for money. But when a massive bounty is put on the vampire’s head, everything in this dangerous world full of monsters and magic is now after them. According to Deadline, this is aiming to be Midnight Run by way of Bram Stoker. Big talk, but it also sounds a little like Dragonheart with smaller fangs.

The initial idea came from Mark Swift and Damian Shannon, who have horror experience via the 2009 reboot of Friday The 13th and also worked on, er, the Baywatch movie.

Barbakow has Palm Springs on the way after a hefty deal at this year's Sundance Film Festival. Dinklage recently signed on to high concept comedy Brothers opposite Josh Brolin and worked on crime drama I Care A Lot. Momoa will be back on our screens in Denis Villeneuve's Dune, due to arrive this December.
