Mick** Jagger's** film company Jagged Films' work on a Dylan Thomas movie is suffering a setback - they can't find a suitable leading man. The movie, tentatively titled Map of Love, which details the troubled love life of the wild Welsh poet, is to be shot in and around Dylan's hometown of Swansea, but production chiefs are still deciding who to pick for the lead role. Sean Keir, who runs the **Dylan Thomas Centre **in Swansea says, "They're having problems casting, simply because the two people they're interested in are very busy. "One of them is a Scottish actor. He's a great actor but I don't think he really looks like Dylan Thomas. There are an awful lot of people who are still alive who knew Dylan so if they get the casting wrong, they'd be crucified." But there could be another contender. Keir also reveals that one of Thomas' greatest fans is 007 actor Pierce Brosnan, whom Keir hopes can help the Centre with funding. "We would definitely ask Mr Brosnan for a donation towards the preservation of the house, but only after he'd been down to see what we're doing. We always keep him informed as to what's happening at the Dylan Thomas centre. He's got the T-shirt, he's got the car sticker, the Dylan Thomas supplements the local paper produce. He asks for us to send these to him which we do regularly." And they're also hoping Brosnan, who named his son after the poet, will be able to make the annual Dylan Thomas festival in November. He says, "We invite him to the Dylan Thomas festival every year. In fact, last year, he was going to open the festival for us but then his James Bond schedule got in the way."
