Jackman & Levy: Together Again?

Their first collaboration – robo-boxing drama Real Steel – doesn’t even hit screens until October, but already someone wants to see Hugh Jackman and director Shawn Levy working together again, with 20th Century Fox buying up an untitled action adventure script for the pair to reunite on.

That screenplay may not have a name yet, nor has any plot info leaked, but it does have one exciting element: it’s being written by Lost’s Carlton Cuse. Though he’s been spinning stories of the mysterious island for the last few years, he has a hefty film career behind him, having been part of the development team on the likes of the first two Lethal Weapon sequels, plus a little film called Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (even if his name doesn’t actually make the credits).

Levy’s production company 21 Laps is developing the film, which will take its place waiting for Jackman to finish working on The Wolverine and whatever project Levy plans to shoot once he’s done making **Real Steel **around the middle of the year. Hopefully more about the new project will sneak out once Levy and Jackman hit the bricks to gear up the big promotional push for Steel.
