The Year 2000 has started with a bang for Liz Hurley. Today's Variety reports that the actress better known for her fashion statements than performances has been signed up by Twentieth Century Fox to do a romantic comedy Bedazzled. Directed by Harold Ramis, Bedazzled sees Liz star as a 'temptress' roped in by nerdy Brendon Fraser to help him seduce his colleague Frances O'Connor in a comedy loosely based on a 1960s outing of the same name by Dudley Moore and Peter Cook.
