Hugh Grant has been looking for different sorts of roles of late, and this certainly qualifies: he's now on to play a villain in Dungeons And Dragons, with It's Sophia Lillis also joining the cast.
With Game Night directors Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley working on the current draft of the script and planning to call the shots, the actual concept for the new movie is still a mystery. Will it be a fantasy that draws on the long history of the dice-based game? Or something more of a riff in the Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle style?
We do at least know the cast so far, with Chris Pine, Justice Smith, Michelle Rodriguez and Regé-Jean Page all ready to venture into dangerous chambers. Grant is on to play a villain known as Forge Fletcher, while Lillis' largely unknown character is called Doric.
The campaign, of course, starts now for Paddington to show up and sort Grant out...
