Robert Englund finds a Killer Pad

He’s been known for years as everyone’s favourite striped-jersey sporting, claw-hand-wearing killer. But now the man forever associated with Freddy Krueger is once again turning his hand – his real one – to directing.

Robert Englund will helm Killer Pad, a horror-comedy (you were expecting a kids’ film?) written by newcomer Dan Stoller. The plot sees three friends spending an insurance windfall on a swanky pad in the Hollywood hills. Things go well until they discover that their new home as a dark history.

This will mark Englund’s second trip behind the lens. He previously directed 976-EVIL for New Line in 1989.
