Producer of upcoming period thriller Season Of The Witch, Charles Roven (Dark Knight), has revealed that Hellboy Ron Perlman will star alongside Nic Cage in the film.
Season of the Witch is a medieval story of knights who must transport a girl accused of being the witch who has spread the Black Plague. It sees director Dominic Sena reunited with his Gone in 60 Seconds actor Nicolas Cage.
The film is scheduled to begin shooting in early November around Austria and Hungary, and was penned by TV producer and writer Bragi Schut Jr.
