The American remake might have been out of gas before the credits finished rolling, but the French obviously can’t get enough of the Taxi franchise.
Following a fare of more than $200 million world wide for the first three films, Taxi 4 will go into production in June, with regular stars Frederic Diefenthal and Sam Naceri back as the leads.
There’s no word on the plot yet, but you’d be mad not to expect more clueless cops, fast driving action and not a little gunplay.
