It’s Freddie Prinze Jr against the world in director/star Vanessa Parise’s new rom com. After spending time on his sitcom and letting his missus (that would be Sarah Michelle Gellar) grab the big film roles, Freddie has signed to star in Dick And Jane Vs The World.
The plot revolves around a successful yet bored advertising executive who falls in love with his free-spirited roommate. They decide to draw up a manifesto outlining their rules for life. But Dick doesn’t realise that Jane is skipping rule number one: “Be honest.” Because she’s hiding a huge secret.
Since the title is awfully similar to the recent Jim Carrey misfire Fun With Dick And Jane, explect a possible name change before the film arrives.
