The next movie featuring Ezra Miller's Barry Allen – AKA The Flash – has yet to kick off shooting after being bogged down in development limbo for years. But with It director Andy Muschietti now guiding its process, the film appears to be back on track. And as part of the DC FanDome virtual event, Muschietti debuted a new look at the character's suit.

We also learned that the new togs were designed by Bruce Wayne – in the image below, you can make out the Michael Keaton Batman standing behind Allen – though it's also likely that Ben Affleck's Bruce (recently announced as appearing in the movie) would manufacture the suit for his comrade.

This solo Flash adventure, written by Christina Hodson, will loosely adapt the Flashpoint saga, in which Barry attempts to change the past to save his mother, which has huge ramifications for the multiverse (and partly explains why we'll see Keaton's Wayne).

The Flash is currently taking aim at a June, 2022 release date.
