First Picture From Scream 4

It's been a very long time since the last Scream, but Scream 4's US release date of April 15, 2011, is fast-approaching, and Entertainment Weekly have the first shot from the film online now.

The film once again reunites regular stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox-Arquette and David Arquette, but introduces new blood too, including Hayden Panetierre, Emma Roberts and Kieran Culkin. And yes, the phrase "new blood" there almost certainly means that there will literally be blood*. Whether there will also be milkshake remains to be seen.

The UK release date for this has yet to be seen, but let's just go ahead and assume we'll get it around the same time as the US. Head on over to Entertainment Weekly by clicking the pic above, for a few tidbits from Cox Arquette on her role in the film and a bunch of looks at other upcoming projects - including Kate Winslet as Mildred Pierce, the role made famous by Joan Crawford.

*Although, as our new Trilogies feature shows, significantly less blood has been used in every instalment so far, so there may be no blood in this at all.
