G.I. Joe was always bigger in the US than UK, but according to our glance at Wikipedia extensive research on this toy phenomenon, Shana 'Scarlett' O'Hara is one of the good guys in the story of G.I. Joe's military team and their battle against the shady COBRA organisation. She's a skilled martial artist as well as the team's counter-intelligence specialist.
