It’s nearly crunch time for Men In Black 3, which will have to prove itself around the world this month. To keep interest levels high, two clips from the film have been let loose on the web, courtesy of Yahoo and YouTube (the second one spotted via Collider). Take a look at both below.
Both are heavy on action and light – except for the start of the second – on dialogue, preferring to push the spectacle front and centre. That’s not necessarily a reason to worry, even given the film’s well-reported script issues, since tasters for movies like this always go heavy on the CG fun.
We get a proper look at the oddball bikes already seen in pictures and trailers and learn where they’re stored when they’re not being ridden. It’s a nifty moment that feels very MIB. That footage also shows that the film will be visiting some very familiar territory, with villain Boris (Jemaine Clement) causing trouble at the New York World’s Fair.
The second clip features Agents J (Will Smith) and K (Tommy Lee Jones, at least for the current day chunks of the running time) fighting off a horde of alien nasties at their favourite Chinese restaurant.
So the question now is, do these peeks at the pic make you more likely to go and see it? The movie arrives on May 25.
