It might not have featured in the Golden Globes ceremony proper this year, but Game Of Thrones was still ready to draw some attention. Fresh (if exceedingly brief) footage from Season 8 was teased during an ad break alongside peeks at fellow HBO shows Watchmen, Veep, True Detective and Euphoria.
Thrones was the star attraction, starved as we all have been for anything from the new season. It features a quick shot of a dragon and a moment between Sophie Turner's Sansa Stark and Emilia Clarke's Daenerys Targaryen, with the former handing control of Winterfell to the latter in anticipation of the giant battle with the forces of the dead.
Watchmen has also been grabbing plenty of attention, with just a few small teases before now. Mostly what we get to see is the weird masked police and other people, with Jeremy Irons scoring the sole line of dialogue from the look at the series.
Big Little Lies featured Meryl Streep (because why not?), while Euphoria just offered a glimpse at its world ahead of the likes of Veep, Divorce and more. Thrones, at least, will be back on our screens in April and here's Everything You Need To Know About Season 8.
