Given our position as the UK's No. 1 film magazine and website, it would be remiss of Empire not to bring you an issue this month full of Harry Potter exclusives. And we're not in the business of disappointing our readers. The December issue of Empire will be on the newsstands on 1 November 2001. It features a front cover image, exclusive to the magazine, and a host of interviews and set reports conducted by the magazine's Editor and our Potter correspondent extraordinaire (and Newsround presenter) Lizo Mzimba - whose documentary on JK Rowling will be seen on BBC this Autumn. While the feature is full of stuff we've been sworn not to reveal, we can say that Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has his days numbered if Robbie Coltrane has anything to say about it. It seems that young Radcliffe earned himself a reputation as something of a prankster on set - at one point switching the language on Coltrane's mobile to Turkish, 'which is easier to do than you think,' Coltrane tells Empire. 'It's getting it off your phone that's the hard part.' Although Daniel's Mum made him send Coltrane a written apology, the incident still makes the Scotsman smart. 'I've got several months to sort him out,' he says (referring to the second film). And I will!'
