Summer is over, the leaves are turning, and we’re coming to the final reel of 2018. Thankfully the next few months are packed with tons of exciting movies, from the rebirth of Lisbeth Salander in The Girl In The Spider’s Web, to the next chapter of the Wizarding World with Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, the homecoming of Michael Myers in Halloween, and the return of Mary Poppins in, er, Mary Poppins Returns. And then there’s Bad Times At The El Royale, a new original crime mystery thriller from writer-director Drew Goddard, top of the list of the films we just can’t wait to see. So much so that you’ll find it on the cover of Empire’s October issue, featuring the Ultimate Autumn Preview. Here’s what you’ll find inside the magazine when it hits the shelves on Thursday 6 September.
