All wings, report in... A new issue of Empire is in range. Stay on target to your nearest newsagent. With Rogue One: A Star Wars Story less than a month from release, it seemed only appropriate that we devote our latest cover to six new heroes from the Rebellion.
Felicity Jones – who plays rebel leader Jyn Erso – is the first of six covers to be revealed today, as first launched by the official Star Wars Twitter feed.
Next up, it's Diego Luna as Captain Cassian Andor, as Luna himself unveiled to his 2.2m followers on Twitter.
Then it's the turn of the awesomely-named Bodhi Rook, aka Riz Ahmed. Again, Riz kindly revealed the cover on his own Twitter account.
All is as the Force wills it when Chirrut Imwe, aka Donnie Yen, is around – he launched his cover over on Facebook.
The penultimate cover to be revealed: Jiang Wen as Baze Malbus, friend to Chirrut, and the kind of guy who prefers a blaster to hokey religions and ancient weapons.
And last, but by no means least (or he'll insult us), is Imperial Droid K-2SO, brought to life via performance capture by Alan Tudyk. He's been reprogrammed to aid the Rebellion, but that doesn't mean he can't be snarky.
The new issue goes on sale this Thursday, November 24, available in all good and evil Imperial newsagents. Subscribers will have already started receiving theirs, featuring this exclusive Death Star blueprints cover.
