Even as he continues the long countdown to launching production on his latest, Interstellar, Christopher Nolan is adding to the crew roster. The latest recruits – or at least, those in talks – include Mackenzie Foy{ =nofollow}, Ellen Burstyn and Timothée Chalamet.

Since this is a Nolan film, the details are naturally being held in a top-secret satellite orbiting hundreds of miles above the Earth, to which only he and his co-writer/brother Jonah have access.

According to The Wrap, which broke the word on Burstyn and Homeland’s Chalamet, the film finds a heroic group of explorers travelling through a wormhole into another dimension, one where **Pacific Rim **performed better at the American box office than Grown Ups 2 and we all have jet packs.

As to which characters the likely new cast members are playing, that’s still locked down tight, so it remains to be seen which of them will actually be soaring into infinity and beyond. They join a cast that already boasts Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Michael Caine and Bill Irwin.

Foy, of course, is best known as Renesmee Cullen from the Twilight franchise, and is next set to hit our screens in The Conjuring, due on August 2. She’s also in indie pic Wish You Wel****l, alongside a certain E. Burstyn, who has recently worked on The Calling and Draft Day.

Interstellar will be out on November 7 next year.
