With the cameras now rolling (at least, according to producer Simon Kinberg, who should know) on what is currently called Wolverine 3, director James Mangold is continuing to build the cast around star Hugh Jackman. The latest recruit? Elizabeth Rodriguez, more normally found dealing with the early days of the zombie apocalypse on Fear The Walking Dead.

Jackman has said more than once that this will be his final turn as Logan, and so we're expecting big things from his swan song in the role. The new movie, written by David James Kelly, is being kept mostly quiet, plot-wise, though most reports have it using elements of the "Old Man Logan" storyline.

Patrick Stewart recently confirmed he'll be back as the older Professor Xavier, while Boyd Holbrook is the main villain, Richard E. Grant a mad scientist and Stephen Merchant, Eriq La Salle and Elise Neal also on board. As for Rodriguez, she's in negotiations for what The Wrap is labelling a "small, but crucial" part in the film.

The new Wolverine is currently scheduled to arrive in the UK on March 2, 2017. In addition to her Dead duties (and you can read our recap reviews of the show here), she's also worked on indie crime drama 11:55.
