We're still waiting to see official images or learn full plot details about Edgar Wright's latest film, Last Night In Soho, but we're starting to get a closer idea of when audiences will have a chance to watch it. Focus Features in the States has announced that the movie will land on 25 September next year.
That's the US date, and while Universal has the film in the UK, it has yet to confirm the launch for here, though we'd imagine it'll either be just before or just after.
Wright's new pic features Anya Taylor-Joy, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Matt Smith, Michael Ajao, Synnøve Karlsen, Diana Rigg, Terence Stamp and Rita Tushingham and is described as a psychological horror set in the titular London district. Set pictures have shown Smith, Taylor-Joy and others clad in period garb with 1960s vehicles, so at least some of the film, if not all, appears to take place in the past.
With a script from the director and Krysty Wilson-Cairns, the film is now a little more than a year away, which seems like a long time to wait...
