If nothing else comes from the first trailer for comedy pic Tag, we now know what Hawkeye has been up to while his Avengers pals battle Thanos. Or to put it another way, Jeremy Renner stars alongside Ed Helms, Jon Hamm, Annabelle Wallis and more in the footage.
The story, which is based on the story of a group of real-life friends chronicled in Russell Adams' Wall Street Journal article about them, finds Renner, Helms, Hamm, Wallis and Hannibal Buress involved in a decades-long game where they try to tag each other for the month of May.
They've risked jobs and relationships to take each other down, and this year's game culminates with Renner's character, Jerry's wedding. He's never been tagged, and the others see this as their big chance...
Jeff Tomsic directs, working from a script by Rob McKittrick and Mark Steilen. Tag will be out on 29 June.
