The team responsible for Stephen Daldry's most recent project, The Hours, have signed up for yet another book project today's Variety reports. Screenwriter David Hare, producer Scott Rudin and Daldry will be teaming up again to produce the film adaptation of the much lauded novel The Corrections. The novel's publishers describe The Corrections as 'a comic, tragic masterpiece about a family breaking down in an age of easy fixes.' Ostensibly it's the story of a mother attempting to bring her three grown-up and mixed-up children back for one final Christmas in the family home. Production is expected to begin later this year.
