If you’ve ever wondered what The Rock looks like in a giant digital fat suit, the new Central Intelligence trailer is here with the answer: not good. Like, Rob Schneider-crossed-with-a-porpoise not good. Forget uncanny valley, this is the whole darn mountain range.

Central Intelligence pairs up Dwayne Johnson with Kevin Hart, hot property on the back of the Ride Along movies. This one has a similar fish-out-of-water buddy-cop premise, replacing Ice Cube’s cop with Johnson’s CIA agent, but there's a similar mix of comic chemistry and action mayhem. It still makes us miss Eddie Murphy, mind you.

The first trailer showed the pair in action - Johnson blowing shit up, Hart looking terrified - but this one goes a little deeper into a back story that starts with the pair at opposite ends of the popularity spectrum at high school. What’s the betting someone pays for that basketball stunt, and pays hard?

The pair has strong support from Aaron Paul, Amy Ryan and Ryan Hansen, with We’re The Millers and Dodgeball's Rawson Marshall Thurber behind the camera. But will it be a slice of fried comedy gold? We’ll find out come July 1 when Central Intelligence lands in UK cinemas.
