Despite having a busy schedule and an already bulging bicep bag full of likely future projects, Dwayne Johnson just keeps piling in the possibilities. He’s now attached to a film based on comic book miniseries The Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide.

Paul Russ created the title for Zenescope Entertainment this year. You’ll be less-than-shocked to hear that it aims to serve as a comprehensive How To for those looking to battle undead creeps, supernatural beasts and all manner of dangerous monstoids. Pfft: we learned all that just from watching Supernatural.

Right now, the movie version is at a very early stage, with no writers or director attached, though **This Means War **writer/producer Simon Kinberg is overseeing development.

Johnson, who well and truly Brought It to Fast Five this year, will next crop up in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island and G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation in 2012. He’s also busy filming Snitch, which finds him as a dad forced to help take down a drug dealer to keep his son out of prison. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s also stepped back in the wrestling ring recently for a couple of big shows. Un. Stoppable.
