We're approaching the stage in Wonder Woman's journey to the screen where the campaign of trailers slowly gives ground to TV spots and clips. So here is the "final" trailer for the movie, which sees Gal Gadot's superhero in action.
Focusing on Diana as a stone-cold badass, we see moments of her growing up on the island of Themyscira, raised by the likes of Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen, and her introduction to the world of men, via Chris Pine's Steve Trevor after the American air man crashes near her idyllic home.
But she also becomes aware of the terrible war raging elsewhere in the world, and decides she has to do something to help. Which won't be easy in a time not yet ready to accept women as warriors and with the dark plans of Dr. Maru/Doctor Poison (Elena Anaya) underway.
With Danny Huston, Lucy Davis, David Thewlis and Saïd Taghmaoui also in the cast, Wonder Woman, directed by Patty Jenkins, will be out on 1 June.
