Romantic adventure film The Lost City Of D began to come together late last year, with first Sandra Bullock and then Channing Tatum jumping aboard. Now we know who will be playing the villain of the piece, and it's someone who has only occasionally dabbled in playing a wrong 'un: Daniel Radcliffe.
The story follows a reclusive romance novelist (Bullock) who was sure nothing could be worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model (Tatum) until a kidnapping attempt sweeps them both into a cutthroat jungle adventure, proving life can be so much stranger, and more romantic, than any of her paperback fictions. Radcliffe's exact part in the narrative has yet to be revealed, but Deadline reports that he's the villain.
Adam and Aaron Nee are directing, and are currently working with writer Dana Fox on the latest draft ahead of shooting. And talking of Radcliffe, he graces the cover of last month'sEmpirealongside Elijah Wood. It's now off the shelves, but you can buy a copy here.
