Daniel Radcliffe has moved on successfully from his days at Hogwarts, winning acclaim on Broadway and scaring us all with The Woman In Black. Now he's going even darker, starring in Alexandre Aja’s adaptation of Joe Hill’s book Horns. The first pic of Radcliffe sporting the titular forehead-wear is online at EW and can be glimpsed below.
Horns, which was scripted by Keith Bunin based on Hill’s book, focuses on Ig Perrish (Radcliffe), a troubled man dealing with accusations that he raped and murdered his girlfriend.
But Ig, who struggles with alcoholism and a variety of other issues, is intent on finding out who really committed the crime. And when he awakens one morning to find he’s sprouting strange horns – invisible to everyone else, but somehow able to make people confess their sins – he thinks he might finally have the means to solve the case. Or at least get some revenge, and through that, closure.
The likes of Max Minghella, Juno Temple, Joe Anderson and Kelli Garner are also aboard the movie, which is currently shooting. For more, head to EW’s site.
