Last seen on screen together as romantic rivals in Alway Be My Maybe, Daniel Dae Kim and Randall Park are teaming up for a new film. They'll lead an unlikely heist squad in a new, untitled movie for Amazon Studios.

The company emerged victorious after a bidding war for Billions writer Young Il Kim's script, which is being kept largely mysterious, but apparently sees a reunion of high school friends who come together to score some loot. According to Kim, who alongside Park will assemble a largely Asian-American cast, it's inspired by some classic heist titles

"I think it has nods to Ocean’s 11, The Full Monty as well as Better Luck Tomorrow,” Kim tells Deadline. "It’s a story that kind of highlights community, friendship, unity in a very familiar genre that people I think will enjoy." For more from Kim, head to Deadline's site.

There's no schedule for the film yet – it doesn't have a director attached, either, but if it can shoot this year, we'd expect to see it in 2021.
