Daniel Craig’s licence to kill has just been extended by one film. Bond producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have announced that Craig is now confirmed for the film currently known as Bond 22.
And in a bold move, they’ve also selected a spot for the film on the release schedule – May 2, 2008; also known as the date Marvel and Paramount had planned for Iron Man.
As recently reported, Notting Hill’s Roger Michell is currently negotiating to call the shots. "As we wrap production on Casino Royale, we couldn't be more excited about the direction the franchise is heading with Daniel Craig," Broccoli and Wilson told The Hollywood Reporter. There’s no official plot for the film yet.
