Dania Ramirez Attends American Reunion

Once upon a time there was a TV show called Heroes. Everybody loved it for a year, and then everybody hated it, and then it got cancelled. Its cast were very sad that they wouldn't be able to retire on the syndication fees, but some of them picked themselves back up and got ace new jobs. Like Dania Ramirez, who has just landed a role in **American Reunion, alongside Katrina Bowden.

Ramirez' Heroes role was as the Typhoid Mary-ish Maya Herrara, whose talent was poisoning people while leaking black goo from the eyes. Before that she'd played the equally mutant Callisto in X-Men 3 and had a regular role in the last season of The Sopranos. Since Heroes she's had a ten-episode stint on Entourage and been chomped by zombies in Quarantine. Her immediate next gig is Premium Rush, with Joseph Gordon Levitt.

American Reunion sees her as Trisha, a love interest for Eddie Kaye Thomas, described as "the ugly duckling nobody noticed in high school, who has since grown into a beautiful swan". With a glide and a whistle and a snowy white back, and a head so noble and high. Or something.

Everyone is back for the party, which means Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Chris Klein, Tara Reid, Jennifer Coolidge, Mena Suvari, Shannon Elizabeth and Eugene Levy, who was even in the DTV Band Camp. Shooting starts imminently, for an April 2012 release.
