There's already a Wonder Woman reunion in the works for director Patty Jenkins, who has cast Chris Pine in new TV miniseries One Day She'll Darken. She's adding to that list, as Queen Hippolyta herself, Connie Nielsen is also now part of the team.

Jenkins will direct all of the six-episode show, which Sam Sheridan has written based on the autobiography of Fauna Hodel, a woman who was given up when she was born. Her teenage mother handed her off to a black toilet attendant at a Nevada hotel in 1949. When she grew up, Hodel (to be played by India Eisley) began to dig into her past and discovered her connection to infamous Hollywood doctor George Hodel (Jefferson Mays), who was connected to the Black Dahlia murder. A suspect at the time, he was never formerly charged and it was only after his death that his LAPD detective son, Steve Hodel accused his father of that and several murders.

Nielsen will play Corinna Hodel, a former socialite and alcoholic who has seen her family shattered, and keeps secrets from everyone around her. The cast will also feature Yul Vazquez, Justin Cornwell, Dylan Smith, Jay Paulson and Golden Brooks.

In addition to reprising Hippolyta for Justice League, Nielsen has worked on Danish drama series Liberty and will be seen on the big screen again in The Catcher Was A Spy.
