He might be far from the internet's favourite Chris right now, but that isn't stopping Chris Pratt from forging ahead with new movies. He's attached to star in and produce new karate comedy The Black Belt.
The film, which sounds like it could blend The Karate Kid and cult comedy The Foot Fist Way, focuses on a shy, unassuming teen boy on a quest for an expertise in karate and his unorthodox uncle (Pratt, we're assuming right now) who guides him along the way.
Randall Green wrote the script, which Pratt's company Indivisible will develop. There's no studio attached right now, but Indivisible does have a first-look deal with Universal, so it may end up there.
