Details for the new movie are limited so far – but we do know that the film, co-written by Miller and Fury Road's Nick Lathouris, will bring to screens the origin story of the warrior played by Charlize Theron.
Here, though, it's Anya Taylor-Joy taking on the role, charting her journey from the Green Place to the hell of Immortan Joe's rocky fortress.
Hemsworth is reportedly playing one of the villains, with Tom Burke also in the cast, alongside Nathan Jones and Angus Sampson, who were Rictus Erectus and the Organic Mechanic in Fury Road, respectively.
