So far, It: Chapter Two has been hailed as spot on when it comes to casting the people to play the grown members of the Losers Club for the horror sequel. The gang is now complete, as Isiah Mustafa has joined the film.
With director Andy Muschietti back bringing the horror and Bill Skarsgard once again portraying the demonic entity called Pennywise, the second film based on Stephen King's novel will find the adult Losers having left their hometown of Derry, Maine having largely forgotten (or repressed) the memory of the terror they went through. But a devastating phone call summons them back to face their old tormentor.
Mustafa is on to play Mike Hanlon, as portrayed by Chosen Jacobs in the first film. He's joining a cast that includes Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Bill Hader, Jay Ryan, James Ransone and Andy Bean. The actor, who broke out playing the Old Spice spokesman in US adverts, has most recently been seen in the Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments series.
It: Chapter Two will be shooting soon for a 6 September, 2019 release date.
